Anti-Corruption Advice

GIACC provides advice on anti-corruption issues in the infrastructure, construction and engineering sectors.  This advice is provided to governments, project funders, project owners, contractors, consulting engineering firms and other stakeholders.

 

An organisation may seek advice relating, for example, to

  • Adequacy or applicability of anti-corruption law
  • Preparatory steps before entering a new jurisdiction
  • Preparation and preservation of evidence
  • Appropriate action where another project participant or business partner is suspected of corruption
  • Appropriate action where an officer or employee is suspected of corruption
  • Appropriate action where an organisation is being investigated for corruption
